1. Your Account

To use certain features of the Services, such as creating a portfolio, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

2. Intellectual Property & Your Content

You Own Your Work: Framegap respects the intellectual property of artists. You retain complete ownership and all copyright rights to any photographs, text, or other content ("User Content") you upload to the platform. We do not claim any ownership rights over your work.

License to Framegap: By uploading User Content, you grant Framegap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, optimize, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services to you and your visitors.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

Framegap is a curated space for visual artists. You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload content that you do not have the right or permission to share.
• Attempt to scrape, interfere with, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Third-Party Services

Our platform relies on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase for database management and Cloudinary for image hosting and optimization. Your use of Framegap is also subject to the operational stability of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for outages or data loss caused by these external services, though we strive to maintain a highly reliable archive.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may also delete your account and content at any time through your dashboard settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Framegap is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framegap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or digital assets resulting from your use of the platform.
